Dr. Erin Dashney is a chiropractor, clinical acupuncture provider and full body certified Active Release Techniques (ART) practitioner. She obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2017. She graduated with summa cum laude distinction and was awarded the Gilbert. H. Young Memorial Award for academic merit and the Douglas V. Hoskins & Sammuel F. Sommacal Clinic Proficiency Award for excellence during her clinical internship.

Dr. Erin's venture into healthcare began with a love for fitness and nutrition. She followed this passion by obtaining a diploma in fitness and lifestyle management from George Brown College. During this time, she became certified as a personal trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and as a group exercise class leader through the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC).

While working as a personal trainer, Dr. Erin developed a passion for assisting clients to overcome injuries. She decided that the chiropractic profession was the perfect means with which to encourage others to live healthier and more active lives, while helping them manage pain and injury. She entered into a bachelor of science in kinesiology program at the University of Guelph-Humber before entering the chiropractic program at CMCC.

Dr. Erin considers herself a lifelong learner and recognizes the importance of education and advancing her skills as a practitioner. During her time in chiropractic college, she tutored anatomy as a means to solidify her understanding of the human body. Along with this, Dr. Erin became certified as a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider through McMaster University, and is also certified in Active Release Techniques (ART). Additionally, she has attended several workshops through the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) in order to enhance her skills in joint mobilization/manipulation, and rehabilitative exercise prescription. She uses the skills she obtains through clinical education to provide an evidence-informed and holistic approach to her patients.
